On January 6, 2011, the opening reception for an art exhibition was held at Black Creek Arts. This exhibition, Past is Present, features local artist, Derrick Wilson, and Atlanta artist, William Mize. The opening reception, sponsored by Lulu's Clothing Boutique and Vintage Wine Boutique, was a huge success! There was a wine bar and live music by Cal Wheeler and Dee Tallon, amazing artwork, and, of course, fabulous fashion! The event was a great place for friends to enjoy great art, music, and wine. The exhibition continues through February, so don't forget to check out the artwork! We've also included some pictures, taken by Caroline Herring of Caroline Reaves Photography. This event was a great way to start off the new year!
