LuLu’s is much more than a clothing boutique. To many people it is like an extended part of their family. People know they can visit anytime and feel at home when they enter. Many memories and stories can be made through a relationship like this. I am sure many of you remember anxiously shopping for back to school clothes at LuLu’s. Or the time you needed the perfect dress for a special occasion and there it appeared, hanging in the front window. LuLu’s blog would like to begin sharing your favorite memories from the shop. Therefore we will be adding a special section to the blog called Stories by LuLu’s. We invite you to comment and share your favorite memories and stories about your LuLu’s family. In the meantime enjoy these two stories:
Boy’s Toys
As most mothers know their children very much dislike occupying them on shopping trips! While shopping the other day a mother brought her son into LuLu’s. Of course the little boy was hesitant to go into a clothing shop with his mother. He dreaded going to a place he had no interest in while waiting for his mother to try on clothes. As he entered the store he rested his eyes on a toy box in corner. His eyes grew wide and he shouted with joy, “Wow Mom, I have hit the jack pot!”
Little People, Big Problems
The other day three sisters came into the shop. They began to play dress-up which quickly led to quarreling amongst them. Finally to settle them down, Brandi began asking them what they knew about drama and problems. How could these children experience any drama in their short lives that would amount to this much noise? One of the girls turned around with sass and said, “Yes we do have major problems. We are too small to fit into any of these clothes.” And you thought you had problems!
Please share your own stories!
